Laundry

Our laundries are run by Nortec, and use a contactless payment system. There are two laundries, one for each block.

Gym

Located below building 16,

you can find a gym with new machines:

weights (freeweights, dumbbells, EZ)

squat rack

rowing machine

cable machine

lateral machine

arm curl machine

stationary bikes

Wall length mirrors and sink is also available.

Bicycle parking

A total of 4 bicycle storage rooms are available for residents to store or park their bicycles. For access, please come down to the office.

B14

Just below building 14, there is a brand new social space with several functions:

a community kitcken

dining / meeting room

a billiard / table tennis room

a "hygge" room with sofas an a TV

quiet and study areas

and a 17 seat media room!

All residents have access to B14.

Cinema

Located in the very end of B14, there is a media room with actual cinema seets, echo proofing, a 105" projection canvas, and a 5.1 surround sound system. It seats 17 people, but capacity can be expanded to 35 with the foldin chairs from the storage area on the left. You can stream media from your own HDMI compatible devices.
